The Santa Clara Sporting 94 Boys Team will play in the State Cup Championship this Sunday at 10am against local rivals PAC Tigres at Barthlomew Sports Park in Elk Grove near Sacramento. The game will be played on Field #1. Address is 10150 Franklin High Road, Elk Grove, CA 95757

The Sporting 94 Team is headed to the Far West Regional Tournament this June. The Cal-North U17 boys age group was selected to receive a wildcard invitation to the Far West Regional Tournament, so both the State Champion and Finalist from Cal-North qualify for the 2012 Far West Regional Tournament held in Pheoniz, Arizona from June 18th-24th.
Other events on the team schedule in 2012 are: Surf Cup, the Santa Clara Sporting Invitational Tournament, College Surf Cup and competing in the Fall Far West Regional League.

The Sporting 94′s dominated their semi-final match with a 8-0 win over the San Francisco Gims Team in 90 degree heat at Cherry Island yesterday. The team will battle PAC Tigres on Sunday, April 29th at Bartholomew Field #1 in Elk Grove for the boys U17 Championship title.
The U17 boys age group was selected to receive a wildcard invitation to the Far West Regional Tournament, so both the State Champion and Finalist qualify for the 2012 Far West Regional Tournament held in Pheoniz, Arizona from June 18th-24th.

The Sporting 94 team won a very tight game with a 2-1 score over the Central Valley Dynamos in 90 degree heat at Cherry Island today out in Sacramento. The team plays in a semi-final match against the San Francisco Gims Team at 10:30am tomorrow on Field 7.

The Sporting 94 team return to Cherry Island to play in their State Cup QuarterFinal game this Saturday at 12:30pm on Field #4. A win will send the team to the Semi-final round on Sunday at 10:30am on Field #7.
